• Venue – Venue should be selected keeping the different types of guests in mind. There should be enough space for adults to sit and talk and there should be enough places for the kids to play. 

 

• Decoration – The decoration should be attractive, and at the same time, it should be funnier also. Since a lot of kids will be participating in such events, it will be better to décor the venue with images or sculptures of popular cartoon characters. It will be better if you can arrange some funny games too.

 

• Food and Beverages – It is always better to avoid alcoholic drinks in such occasions, instead you can have soft drinks or fresh juices. Although the menu should include the foods for the adults, it should have some less spicy items for the kids. Chocolates and ice creams will certainly attract kids and make them happier. 

 

 

• Date and Time – Certainly, you cannot change the date of birth, but you can select a suitable time depending on the date. If the date is a weekday, it is better to arrange the party a bit late as all can finish up their work and attend the party. If it falls on weekends, you can start earlier.
